"That Night"
'That Night' was the first song Amber wrote. It was inspired by some of her favourite artists and written with the intent to be played by her rock band, 'AJ & The Hedz'. Although it was written way at the beginning of Amber's career, it wasn't released until 4 years later. Amber wanted a specific sound and style to this track and waited until the moment and feel was right before finally releasing it in 2026.

Amber Lilly is a singer-songwriter from Hertfordshire whose music is built from the kind of honesty most people keep private. Writing about overcoming the struggles of mental health, her songs don't look away from the difficult moments, they walk straight through them, and come out the other side with a belief in brighter days that feels genuinely hard-won rather than borrowed.
She has been performing locally in Hertfordshire and across the UK for the past four years, steadily building a supportive and loyal fanbase who connect deeply with her willingness to say the things that are hardest to say. There's a rawness to her live performances that recording can only partly capture, the sense that every song costs her something real.
